Uses
NEXPOVIO is indicated: • in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy. • in combination with dexamethasone for the treatment of multiple myeloma in adult patients who have received at least four prior therapies and whose disease is refractory to at least two proteasome inhibitors, two immunomodulatory agents and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, and who have demonstrated disease progression on the last therapy.

XPOVIO® (selinexor) is indicated: • in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy. 1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (< 18 years of age): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use.
2 Geriatrics Geriatrics (≥ 65 years of age): No overall differences in effectiveness were observed between patients ≥ 65 years of age and younger patients. When comparing patients 65 years of age and older to younger patients, older patients had a higher incidence of discontinuation due to an adverse reaction and a higher incidence of serious adverse reactions (see 7 WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS, Special Populations, Geriatrics, 8 ADVERSE REACTIONS and 14 CLINICAL TRIALS).
