What we do

• Aggregate. Retrieve product information from public regulatory databases.
• Structure. Map regulator-specific fields to a consistent schema across countries.
• Translate. Where source content is non-English, translate via AI assistance with verbatim preservation of safety-critical sections.
• Verify. Every AI-assisted output passes automated quality verification before publishing.

What we do not do

• We are not medical professionals and do not employ physicians or pharmacists on staff.
• We do not give medical advice or recommend treatments.
• We do not modify regulator content - side effects, dosage, and contraindications are presented verbatim.
• We do not add information that is not in the source.

AI assistance disclosure

We use a large language model to format regulator label content into readable text, translate non-English source content, and summarize technical language. We do not use AI to generate medical advice, recommend treatments, or synthesize information beyond the cited source. Every AI-assisted page is checked against the source.

Quality verification

Before publishing, each AI-assisted page must clear a set of automated quality checks: AI-detection, factual grounding against the source, schema completeness, readability, length discipline, internal-link density, citation discipline (no source names leaked into body text), and a contradiction / verbatim-preservation check. Anything that fails a check is held back rather than published.
