V. (ustekinumab) should be used only by physicians who have sufficient knowledge of plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and/or ulcerative colitis and who have fully familiarized themselves with the efficacy/safety profile of the drug.
1 Pediatrics). Psoriatic Arthritis Stelara (ustekinumab) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. Stelara can be used alone or in combination with methotrexate (MTX). V. (ustekinumab) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease, who have had an inadequate response, loss of response to, or were intolerant to either immunomodulators or one or more tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα) antagonists, or have had an inadequate response, intolerance or demonstrated dependence on corticosteroids.
V. (ustekinumab) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have had an inadequate response with, lost response to, or were intolerant to either conventional therapy or a biologic or have medical contraindications to such therapies.

Adult Crohn’s Disease Yesintek is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease who have had an inadequate response with lost response to, or were intolerant to either conventional therapy or a TNFα antagonist.
Paediatric Crohn's Disease Yesintek is indicated for the treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in paediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg, who have had an inadequate response to, or were intolerant to either conventional or biologic therapy.

1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE YESINTEK is a human interleukin-12 and -23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with: moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy. 1 ) active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) .
2 ) moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD ). 3 ) moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis . 4 ) Pediatric patients 6 years and older with: moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) , who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy.

2 Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) YESINTEK is indicated for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older with active psoriatic arthritis. 3 Crohn's Disease (CD) YESINTEK is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease.
