Ulcerative Colitis OMVOH® (mirikizumab) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have had an inadequate response, loss of response, or were intolerant to conventional therapy, a biologic treatment, or a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor.
Crohn’s Disease OMVOH is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease who have had an inadequate response, loss of response, or were intolerant to either conventional therapy or a biologic treatment.
1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (< 18 years of age): Omvoh is not indicated in the pediatric population, as the efficacy and safety of Omvoh have not been evaluated in patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease less than 18 years of age.
