Brimonidine / Timolol (brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate ophthalmic solution) is indicated for: • the control of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to IOP reducing monotherapy AND when the use of JAMP Brimonidine / Timolol is considered appropriate.
• reduction of long term fluctuation in IOP. In addition to controlling IOP, JAMP Brimonidine / Timolol reduces long term variability, or fluctuation, in IOP. Together, reductions in IOP and in IOP fluctuation are expected to slow the progression of visual field loss in patients with glaucoma.
1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (< 18 years of age): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use. 2 Geriatrics Geriatrics (> 65 years of age): Based on evidence from clinical studies and experience, use in the geriatric population is not associated with any differences in safety or effectiveness.

INDICATIONS AND USAGE
Preservative-free Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution in OCUDOSE is indicated in the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma. Preservative-free Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution in OCUDOSE may be used when a patient is sensitive to the preservative in Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution, benzalkonium chloride, or when use of a preservative-free topical medication is advisable.
