Relugolix is indicated: -For the treatment of adult patients with advanced hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. -For the treatment of high-risk localised and locally advanced hormone dependent prostate cancer in combination with radiotherapy.
-As neo-adjuvant treatment prior to radiotherapy in patients with high-risk localised or locally advanced hormone dependent prostate cancer.

MYFEMBREE (relugolix, estradiol, and norethindrone acetate tablets) is indicated in premenopausal women for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids and for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.
1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (<18 years): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use. 2 Geriatrics Geriatrics: MYFEMBREE is not indicated in postmenopausal women and has not been studied in women over 50 years of age.

1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE ORGOVYX is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer. ORGOVYX is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer ( 1 ).
