Yuvanci is indicated as substitution therapy for the long-term treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adult patients of WHO Functional Class (FC) II to III, who are already treated with the combination of macitentan and tadalafil given concurrently as separate tablets.

OPSUMIT® (macitentan) is indicated for: • the long-term treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH, WHO Group I) to reduce morbidity in adult patients of WHO Functional Class II or III whose PAH is either idiopathic or heritable, or associated with connective tissue disease or congenital heart disease.

• the long-term treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH, WHO Group I) in pediatric patients aged 2 to less than 18 years of WHO Function Class II-III whose PAH is either idiopathic or heritable, or associated with connective tissue disease or congenital heart disease.
