Directions:
Children over 5 years of age and Adults. Shake before each use. Remove cap. Rotate yellow arm to a right angle. Press down on sprayer until a fine mist appears. When in bed, spray spray once under the tongue and once in the back of the throat.
For Maximum Results, use minimum 3 nights. Can be used with SnoreStop NasoSpray. May be used up to 4 times a day. Please discard 6 months after first use.
