DUOTRAV® PQ (travoprost and timolol) is indicated for the reduction of elevated IOP in adult patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to beta-blockers, prostaglandins, or other IOP lowering agents AND when the use of DUOTRAV PQ (the fixed combination drug) is considered appropriate.
DUOTRAV PQ should not be used to initiate therapy. 1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (<18 years of age): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use. 2 Geriatrics Geriatics (>65 years of age): No overall differences in safety or effectiveness have been observed between elderly and other adult patients.
