Tiloket CR Capsules are indicated for: • Rheumatoid arthritis • Osteoarthritis • Ankylosing spondylitis • Acute articular and periarticular disorders (bursitis, capsulitis, synovitis, tendonitis) • Cervical spondylitis • Low back pain (strain, lumbago, sciatica, fibrositis) • Painful musculoskeletal conditions • Dysmenorrhoea.

KETOPROFEN, KETOPROFEN-E and KETOPROFEN SR (Ketoprofen Capsules BP, Ketoprofen Enteric-coated Tablets and Ketoprofen Sustained-release Tablets) are indicated for: the treatment of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, the relief of mild to moderate acute pain associated with musculotendinous trauma (sprains and strains), postoperative (including dental surgery) or postpartum pain.
For patients with an increased risk of developing CV and/or GI adverse events, other management strategies that do NOT include the use of NSAIDs should be considered first (see

INDICATIONS AND USAGE
Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of ketoprofen extended-release capsules before deciding to use ketoprofen extended-release capsules. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS ).
Ketoprofen extended-release capsules are indicated for the management of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Ketoprofen extended-release capsules are not recommended for treatment of acute pain because of its extended-release characteristics (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY: Pharmacokinetics ).
