NINLARO [ixazomib (as ixazomib citrate)] is indicated: • in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy. 1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (< 18 years of age): The safety and efficacy of NINLARO in children below 18 years of age have not been established.

CONTRAINDICATIONS Ixazomib is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to this drug or to any ingredient in the formulation, including any non-medicinal ingredient, or component of the container. SERIOUS WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS BOX Serious Warnings and Precautions NINLARO should be prescribed and supervised by a qualified health professional experienced in the use of anticancer agents. • Consult the product monographs for lenalidomide and dexamethasone, which are administered in combination with NINLARO, for additional health professional information • Prior to initiating a new cycle of therapy: • Absolute neutrophil count should be ≥ 1,000/mm3 • Platelet count should be ≥ 75,000/mm3 (see 4 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION).
