FERRLECIT (sodium ferric gluconate complex in sucrose injection) is indicated for: • the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis who are receiving supplemental erythropoietin therapy. 1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (˂ 18 years old): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use.

INDICATIONS AND USAGE
Ferralet ® 90 is indicated for the treatment of all anemias that are responsive to oral iron therapy. These include: hypochromic anemia associated with pregnancy, chronic and/or acute blood loss, metabolic disease, postsurgical convalescence, and dietary needs.
