Uses
Chlorambucil is indicated in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease, certain forms of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia.

Uses
LEUKERAN® (chlorambucil) is indicated as monotherapy in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It is also indicated as monotherapy or in combination with other agents in non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas including follicular lymphoma, indolent lymphoma, MALT-lymphoma, mantle-cell lymphoma; Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia and Hodgkin's disease.
It is not curative but produces remissions. 1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (< 18 years of age): The safety and effectiveness in children have not been established. 2 Geriatrics Geriatrics (> 65 years of age): No data is available.
