Uses
Sativex is indicated as treatment for symptom improvement in adult patients with moderate to severe spasticity due to multiple sclerosis (MS) who have not responded adequately to other anti-spasticity medication and who demonstrate clinically significant improvement in spasticity related symptoms during an initial trial of therapy.

SATIVEX® (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD)) is indicated as: • an adjunctive treatment for symptomatic relief of spasticity in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) who have not responded adequately to other therapy and who demonstrate meaningful improvement during an initial trial of therapy.
1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (<18 years of age): The safety and efficacy of SATIVEX® have not been established in adolescents or children under 18 years of age, therefore SATIVEX® should not be used in adolescents or children. 2 Geriatrics Geriatrics: There are limited data available on the use of SATIVEX® in elderly patients, therefore, the drug should be prescribed cautiously and carefully monitored in this patient population.

Uses
Epidyolex is indicated for use as adjunctive therapy of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) or Dravet syndrome (DS), in conjunction with clobazam, for patients 2 years of age and older. Epidyolex is indicated for use as adjunctive therapy of seizures associated with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) for patients 2 years of age and older.
