INDICATIONS AND CLINICAL USE ALFUZOSIN (alfuzosin hydrochloride) is indicated for: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia ALFUZOSIN is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Acute Urinary Retention ALFUZOSIN is indicated as adjunctive therapy with urethral catheterization for Acute Urinary Retention related to BPH and management following catheter removal.
