2 Recommended Dose and Dosage Adjustment • The recommended dosage of RIVA-FLUCONAZOLE for vaginal candidiasis is 150 mg as a single oral dose. • There is no need to adjust single-dose therapy for vaginal candidiasis because of impaired renal function.
